Is the Free plan actually free?

Yes — one board, two seats, 30 days of history, no card required. It exists so a floor lead can prove the board earns its spot in the Monday meeting before anyone signs a PO.

What counts as a seat?

Anyone who signs in. View-only TV displays for the sales floor are free on Team and Business — point a screen at a board URL and it doesn't consume a seat.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and your boards and history are kept intact either way.

Do you charge for data volume?

No. Plans are priced on seats and history depth only — sync as many transactions, regions, and categories as your stack produces.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You get a full CSV export of every synced record and board configuration. We delete your data 30 days after cancellation, sooner on request.
